The other day I ran across Missirocks’s blog, and she was having a recipe contest. So I entered, and low and behold~I won!
Here’s what I won:
And here’s the recipe I entered:
Blueberry Honey Cheesecake:
Make it in the fallowing order.
Graham Cracker Crust
4 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs (approx. 3 packs)
2/3 c.butter melted
Press firmly and evenly into sides and bottom of a 9"X 13" pan. Bake at 350* for 10 minutes. Cool before adding filling.
Soften gelatin in water and let stand 5 minutes:
1/2 c. cold water
2 packages (4 teaspoons) unflavored gelatin.
Meanwhile, blend together ( with electric beaters)
2 eggs
2/3 c. honey
2 t. vanilla
Gradually add, blending until no lumps:
16 oz. cream cheese
Blend in:
1 c. plain yogurt
1 c. sour cream
Dissolve softened gelatin over medium low heat and blend into remaining ingredients.
Pour into graham cracker crust and chill. Add blueberry topping right before serving.
Blueberry Topping
Blend with wire whisk in sauce pan:
about 1 c. berries
about 1 c. water, cold
1/4 c. cornstarch

Cook and stir until thickened and clear.
Stir in and heat through 3 c. berries
Enjoy!

That sounds yummy!
Thanks, I love my template. And yes, you do lose the things on your sidebar when changing templates. (At least homemade templates) However you could probably copy the HTML codes somewhere and paste em back when you're done.
God Bless You!
