If it’s what we are getting through, the nurse told us it’s a virus that’s lasting 6-8 weeks!!!
It varies between having sore throats, yukky noses, very bad coughing (barky) with a low grade fever. It’s hitting hard in our area. The nurse told us it’s only contagious when the fever is present. She also told us that we’ll have some good days and then some bad days and everyone is coughing. I hope you all are feeling better!!

Yes, that sounds kind of what we have…a fever, some of us have had sore throats, and now a bad cough (that hurts!).

It looks like we might be on the upswing–those who were laying in bed for a couple of days have begun to act a little more ‘alive’ πŸ˜€

Thank you ladies for posting these. Soooo cute!

Oh Jessica! I did not know you were sick! I am glad you are feeling better though my friend! Drink lots of tea and get your rest. LOL – That is the mommy in me coming out. OH! – I finally sewed something! You inspired the title for this post because you said you couldn’t wait to hear all about my “sewing adventures”. πŸ™‚

I absolutely loved reading about your sewing adventures! πŸ˜€ I agree with what you said on your post–I think you and sewing will get along great!

I haven’t been drinking much tea, but that is a good idea πŸ˜€ Especially since I like tea anyhow and it’s COLD outside πŸ˜€ I’ve been quite lazy, that’s for sure! One day I didn’t get out of bed until 3:30 p.m. :O πŸ˜€ Oh well, I guess I needed it! Today I went outside and played in the snow for the first time this winter, I think! We have a huge drift that Leah and I were digging out for the youngers for an ‘igloo’ πŸ˜€

      Hugs!

3:30? Oh my! You really were sick! Thanks for the cute picture. πŸ™‚ I am glad you followed my orders. LOL. What brand of chai tea do you drink? I love chai but have tried a few varieties and not found one I am in love with YET.
