LOL!!! One time my Mum was making dinner rolls and she left the dough to rise for too long…it overflowed too! It was funny, until we had to clean it up. 😉
Oops is right, what a mess! That's never happened at my house, but I've made a mistake that was just as "oops" as that. I was making a grilled cheese sandwich for lunch and then something was on the TV, so I left the kitchen. When I smelled something burning I ran back into and found one side of my sandwich burning. It was too black and nasty tasting, so I throught it away and made another one.
My mom always says to be watching it, so I guess I'll have to be careful next time!
