A good friend of ours, Mrs. Dixon, is giving away some coconut cream concentrate. I was wondering at first, what the difference between coconut oil and coconut concentrate were, and it turns out that the concentrate is a food, not a cooking oil. I am anxious to get to see what this tastes like, especially since I know the coconut oil tastes good as well! And you should see the recipes on Tropical Traditions Coconut Concentrate page!!! I haven’t tried any of them personally, but the Coconut Ice Cream and the Coconut Cream Hot Chocolate look worth trying to me!!!

I do not know about coconut cream, but I was just at a friends house this past weekend where she baked some sweet potato chips in coconut oil as a side dish. They added just a little different flavor and were so delicious!
