We have a prayer request as well. A family from our church had a little baby boy this past October. He was born with major heart problems and has spent all seven months of his life in the hospital.
Just recently they took him to Ohio where there was a surgeon who was willing to do a very dangerous surgery on him, and he underwent it Tuesday, with very hopeful signs.
Yesterday morning Endurance passed away. His little heart simply stopped beating.
He left behind his parents and seven siblings. Please pray for this dear family, as they are going to be going through a lot of pain and suffering as well as repurcussions of seven months of pure stress.
Surprisingly, yes, it was π You bake the beet like a potato, then mash it and sprinkle minced garlic, green onion, salt and ghee (butter oil) over it…it’s so yummy that if you don’t eat it up, someone else is asking you if they can eat yours too π
No, the ‘buffalo’ chicken was definitely the best! And the grain free blueberry muffins are to die for π And ‘banana fluff’ is DELICIOUS π And…well, we’ve been having lots of good food now π But the beets were good…surprisingly good π
oh wow you can have buffalo chicken?? how in the world do you make grain free blueberry muffins? well i am glad you can FINALLY ‘eat’! i was feeling very bad for you all..well i still am but now you can eat semi real food π you can’t have chocolate still but hopefully soon π (like 4 years :P)
LOL! Well, I hope sooner than that…I really do! π The blueberry muffins are made from coconut flour and LOTS of eggs, since we can’t have baking soda or powder yet π
Wouldn’t it be interesting to grill beets when cooking out or roasting corn and see how they taste?? Sprinkled with salt or garlic salt……Come on baby beet plants, GROW, GROW, GROW!
That looks delicious!! My mom steams beets and puts vinegar and fresh mint on, but I don’t like that. Don’t put too much vinegar and mint and it’s great!! I’m very punny too!! π
Well, it looks good! Any chance of posting the recipe? π
I know we’ll be posting some of our new recipes soon π The beet one is pretty much just what I replied to Mary in her comment π
