Announcing our first baby goat of 2012 😀
Every year we have a ‘theme’ for our animal’s names. Â One year we did the names of composers such as Johann Strauss and Tchaikovsky, Â another year it was geographical locations, like Sofia Bulgaria and Benji Okavango , and yet another year we named our goats after characters in books, such as Mr. Baer and Meg (from Little Women). Â
 This year we finally decided that our theme would be names from various countries around the world, in alphabetical order.  So Anna, who loves Africa, is the proud mother of Annakiya  (ah NAH kee yah), a cute little Saanan-Oberhasli-Nubian-Alpine girl 😀
