A few weeks ago, we posted about getting our tree…now we are finally posting about the decorating part of it 🙂

One of our family traditions is to get a new ornament every year…preferably an ornament that commemorates something that we did that year : )  Plus, everyone else has “their” ornaments that Mommy and Daddy get us for our first Christmas.   With so many ornaments, we just have  to get the biggest tree in the county, right?!  Okay, maybe it isn’t that big!

We also ususally play Christmas music, and have some cookies while we decorate : )

Here Daddy is setting up the tree.  The place where we get the tree wraps it up for us, making it much easier to get such a huge tree into the door!

Isaiah gets a boost 🙂

Daddy and Mommy handing out the ornaments 🙂

Noah, with his Noah’s Ark ornament : )  Each of us get our own ornament the year we are born.

This year’s ornament.  It was one of those years that we couldn’t find an ornament that particularly went with this year, but it is cute anyways!

The angel gets a new look…but only temporarily!

Another one of our traditions is to sign this piece of paper every year when we put the tree up and then again when we take it back down 🙂  It is several years old and getting very full!

It is then placed in the tree for everyone to see : D

Here’s a short clip of what it sounds like and looks like while we decorate the tree 🙂

Merry Christmas!  Only 5 more days 🙂

Not much taller than me!?!?! It is NINE feet tall!! I am only SIX feet tall……. 😉

I think it is the angle that the picture was taken that made me look as tall as it 🙂
