I found this on Vicki’s blog….enjoy!
Unusual Laws that were once, or still are, on the books in the United States!
Blue Earth, MN:

Utah:
It is against the law to fish from horseback.
Kentucky:
Transport of an ice cream cone in your pocket is prohibited.
Baltimore, MD:
It is illegal to take a lion to the movies.
Alaska:
It is forbidden to push a moose out of a plane in motion.
California:
It is illegal to set a mousetrap without a hunting license.
Nevada:
It is illegal to drive a camel on the highway.
Washington:
Goldfish can ride the city buses in bowls, but only if they keep still.
Vermont:
Whistling underwater is illegal.
Paulding, OH:
A policeman is allowed to bite a dog to quiet him.
Texas:
It is illegal to put graffiti on someone else’s cow.
Brooklyn, NY:
Donkeys are not allowed to sleep in bathtubs.
Marshalltown, IA:
It is illegal for a horse to eat a fire hydrant.
Cumberland, MD:
You cannot keep your chickens with you in your hotel room.
Sooooooo funny
WOW, so that's where all my tax money is going. How reassuring. =O It makes me want to take my goldfish on a bus with me, just to see if I'll get arrested! haha
I just think it shows how creative our law-makers are. I mean, I would never have come up with a horse eating a fire hydrant or taking a lion to the movies! ;D
That is HILARIOUS! Thanks for sharing it! 🙂
