Today my mission is to bake cake 😀  A friend is getting married on Saturday and wants a small chocolate tiered cake that looks kinda like this:

I’ve never done chocolate drizzles like that, so I thought I’d practice.  Not near a stunning as the first picture, but thankfully it’s just a practice 😉   And I was happy to see that I, too, can drizzle chocolate 😀

I’ll show you the final product when I’m finished 😉

Beautiful. I can’t wait to see the finished product.

For drizzle I use good chocolate and heavy whipping cream. Melting the chocolate, then adding the heavy whipping cream. Let it cool a bit and pour it into a pasty bag with a tip in place. Drizzle away.

Thank you Mrs. Mari! I’ve seen that recipe when I was searching online and was trying to decide what to use 🙂 For these drizzles I used chocolate and shortening.
