Our Church goes camping twice a year, and this Fall we went to Indiana Dunes State Park, which is SO fun…sand….sand and, well, more sand ;P

Jessica and I went with some Friends ( you can check their awesome blogs out– Emily’s is HERE, Mary’s is HERE  and Alaina’s is HERE )

Hang on tight, there’s lotsa pictures!!!

lol! We buried some of the kids in sand, and on the count of three, they all ‘arose’! 😛

A lot of the trails were reallllly steep, so there was no such thing as  a quick hike!

Thanks to pinterest for this idea! We drew faces in the sand then matched our shadow to the drawn face

After the potluck on Saturday, all the kids split up into groups to do a scavenger hunt….this was my team, and we WON!!! Lotsa fun!

Corn hole was a big highlight 🙂

 Charissa and Victoria

It was SO pretty with the sand, blue water and fluffy clouds….one day several of us girls hiked to a dune, and sat there to read our Bibles.

Ah yes! Volleyball in the sand, during sunset is one of the funnest (is that even a word ? 😉 things to do! (even though I don’t have much experience, I did send the ball into the air several times 🙂 Yay!

 Cute little faith 🙂

 Silly pictures….always fun to do!

       Have an awesome day!!!

Looks so pretty! I haven’t experienced much of the beach, but you make me want to go there now! I saw that idea on pinterest recently, too; must try that when I do get to the beach!!

    Thanks for sharing!
