Update on Meredith

 

from Meredith’s mom:

“Thank you, dear friends and family, for your ongoing love, help, prayers, and support. Without you, our journey would be much more difficult. Meredith continues to hang onto life, although she is definitely weakening. It was good to see her sitting up and looking out of the windows on Tuesday afternoon. She has not been interested in eating since Sunday, but will still drink sips of water. It is hard to see a daughter who appeared to be healthy two months ago, now quietly spending her days in bed, losing weight, not saying much, losing strength. This is not the plan we envisioned for our lives, but our Lord has been with us throughout, and we are ever grateful to Him for his mercy and care.

As you continue to pray for the Lord’s will for Meredith, either healing on earth or healing in heaven, would you also remember a few more things?

~That we’d be able to fix up and sell our house [they are staying in another, more roomy house that someone has provided for them]
~That we’d have a place to live by the end of June, when we need to vacate the house that the Lord provided, and many of you prayed for and/or worked on and donated furniture for
~That the Lord would provide finances for us to pay medical bills (!!!!!)
