Today I was upstairs in Susannah’s room ( she was crocheting a doily), bored, and having nothing to do. I picked up her “ball” of yarn and decided that it would make a nice pictuere!!
So here are the pictures 🙂
The doily is not yet finshed…..
….but this is what it will look like when it is done! I think it is SO pretty!
You do a GREAT job crocheting Susannah 🙂

Crocheting A Doily!
that is so pretty!
That is so cute! I like crocheting too! I TRIED to make a pillow cover one time. 🙄 It worked, but I used the dumbest colored yarn. 🙄
Awww! What a lovely doily, Susannah! I would love to learn how to crochet. And tat, and………well, anyway……..being an old maid, I’m going to *have* to learn those things, right?
Off to do those floors first though.
Yep! Hey, are you the same Madison on HSB? You don’t have an account here right? I wish you would!!! 🙁
Hannah, No, I don’t have a HSB account. 🙂 I don’t blog. What do you do with a profile, is it like a connecting site? I know that one could see all the comments I make on blogs…….I don’t know that I’d like that. 😀 I’m Madison as in The Old Maid (emphasize the)
That’s right…she is The Old Maid…and the best one, too! She knows all about rolling bread door on newly cleaned floors (as well as how to clean the floors) 😉 😀
The Spinster 😉
mm-hmm, yep. 😉 Um, what exactly do you mean? Btw, I’m turning 16 next month, Madison! 😉
Hey! Happy Birthday! 😀 The bread-dough-on-floors is all explained in our Old Maid/Spinster post 😀 http://homeschoolblogger.com/sevensisters/785235/
Jessica
The Spinster!
She’s right. 😀 I’m an expert! Those floors look *so* good, you’d think I didn’t have anything else to do!
Lol! 😀
Hannah:
Looks like we’re almost a year apart…….I turn 17 in Nov. 😉 Don’t remind me, don’t remind me! (even though I don’t dread 17 as much as I dreaded 16………but I’m going to start getting the “why don’t you have a boyfriend yet??” soon enough………yay. )
at least I can scrub floors. They have to give me that.
Oh, come now! 17 is the perfect age 😉 As for the boyfriend questions…well…they’ll get used to it. Maybe. 😀
The Spinster
They may get used to it……but will I? 😀
Lol! True, true! 😀

Thanks Mary!! =)
Love ya too
Anna
I love that pattern! My mother is the one that really crochets, and she’s only learning the basics right now. I like to knit, but there aren’t that many knitting patterns out there for doilies! I would love to brush up on my crochet skills and learn how to do something like that. Susannah is doing a wonderful job!
Have you ever heard of Ravelry?
Blessings,
Tulip
