Rachel Irene, I got your friendship request, but when I clicked on it nothing happened. When I click on your avatar anywhere else it just goes to the HSB homepage.

I don’t know if we can grow blueberries in Arizona, I have never gone to pick them, it looks like loads of fun. My grandma and grandpa did have a mulberry tree when we were growing up that had yummy mulberries. Apparently there are male and female mulberry trees, so theirs was a female since it produced mulberries! I think Arizona had a law created in later years though that female trees were not allowed because they make black stains wherever the mulberries fall. They sure were delicious. Not super sweet, but just right. I would love to see a post about your goats and milking. We had to give up our goats a few months ago and it would be cool to get to meet your goats. Thanks for such a lovely blog, girls. It is a breath of fresh air and I love coming to visit.

That’s so funny that Arizona made that law!!! πŸ˜€ We have both a male and female mulberry tree by our barn, and the younger girls, as well as the boys, like to climb it and eat lots of berries while they’re up there πŸ˜€ You are right about them making a mess! Birds like to eat them, then they ‘plant’ new trees everywhere and they are *extremely* hard to pull out of the flower garden πŸ˜€ Somewhere we have a picture of us girls flying through the air because at least five of us were pulling on it so hard πŸ˜€ I wish I could find it!

Oh that made me laugh about the mulberry tree pulling! I didn’t realize how prolific they were. I just did a little google search and found it seems they were banned in Phoenix (where my grandparents lived) because the females are messy and the males put off a lot of pollen. Awww, that is a cute youtube video, now I didn’t know you girls had a youtube channel, I will have to go watch your videos now. Baby goats are so cute. Thank you for sharing the video! πŸ™‚
