That’s right. It is time to say goodbye to you.
I had you for seven short months (minus three days).
We had lots of fun all those seven months together, though we always had to have someone with us.
I worked hard to get you then…
Studying.
Memorizing.
Studying.
Memorizing.
Studying.
And now…I have to just hand you over.
But that’s okay.
I sure you think so too.
Because with my new version of you we can do more together.
No one has to accompany us.
Or everyone can accompany us.
I worked hard to get you too.
Really hard.
Nerve-wracking hard.
But I have you now.
And I am really happy that I finally have you.
Very happy.
I suppose a lot of other people will be happy that I have you too.
Everyone kept asking if I had you yet…
And I kept saying, “Not yet!”
They’ll be happy now.
When I say, “Yup!”
Therefore…
Goodbye drivers permit. It was good having you!
