Quote of the Week
“I am not to expect the Lord to answer in just the way I suggest, of think best. Means and manner and everything must be left to the will of God….He can use anyone, anywhere, with equal ease and freedom.”
~John Stam

Videos of the Week
We thought we’d give you a ‘peek behind the scenes’ of what it is like at our house after supper 😀 We don’t know how often we’ll do this because it was a lot of work to do for every week, but too much fun to never do again 😀 Enjoy!

Cute Quotes
Last night Noah was telling Leah something about the hummingbird feeder, and Isaiah, not understanding what Noah was talking about said, “Leah, what is Noah talking to you?”
Isaiah, excited to get his own pizza, was on the counter trying to decide which spatuala to use. Finally he said, “um, I want this shovel.”
One day Leah overheard Isaiah saying, “Hundreds! Thousands!” and then, “Billons! Trillions!” We didn’t know such a little guy knew that those went together 😀

Hello girls!
I love reading your “Seven Sisters Treasures” every week. Such cute things you always have.
This week, of course, my favorite part was your video! <3<3<3 It was fantastic! I hope in the coming weeks, you'll do another one of those. 😀
Have a blessed weekend,
~ Tarissa
I loved the videos, especially your after supper video. Looks a lot like our house, just with cows instead of goats. 🙂
Prayers,
Esther
I loved your video! 🙂 It looks like life at your house is very busy and alot of fun! I miss having goats. When I was a little girl we got some goats. And they had kids and we bought some more… and when I was about 11 years old we had over 80 goats. And they all had names and I knew them all. 🙂 I remember how long it took to milk them and then bottle feed the kids. It was alot of work but I loved it. I was in goat 4-H too and enjoyed that so much! My parents sold the last of the goats around when my youngest sibling graduated highschool. I live in the city now and am a mommy to 2 toddlers. I hope that someday we can move out of town and get a couple of goats so that my children can enjoy them! 😉
Oh my! And we thought that 35 was a lot! 😀 That’s amazing that you could keep track of all their names, too!!! How many did you milk? We have 10 milkers right now 🙂
About 1/3 of the goats we had were Cashmere goats so we didn’t bottle raise those kids. We had 2 dairy bucks and 1 Cashmere buck and then all the rest were the dairy does and kids. I think there were around 25-30 milking does. We had to get a milking machine because it took much too long to milk them all. Then the machine broke so we just left the kids with the does if we were going to sell them and only bottle raised the kids we were going to keep. My own goat was a Toggenburg named Miriam. She was as dramatic and stubborn as me… a good pair we were! lol!
I am going to check out the book:)!! It looks very interesting! I am going to look at those stationary boxes also!
Oh, I just love your “Seven Sisters Treasures” posts, but I must admit I particularly LOVED this one with the “behind the scenes” video! 🙂 I noticed that after dinner at your house it is light outside now instead of dark (naturally, but you know, my “pregnancy brain” doesn’t work too well because it never occured to me that it would be light outside after dinner instead of dark), your walkway is beautiful, and… I forget what the other thing is (pregnancy brain, you know… 🙂 ). There were three things I was going to put here, but alas, I can only remember two.
Love and HUGS!!!!!
Kelley
