–THIS GIVEAWAY IS NOW CLOSED–

Welcome to our third giveaway!

There are still two more coming, so be sure to come back on the following Mondays!

Note: This post will stay at the top for the rest of the week, so be sure to scroll down for any new posts!

This apron is made from Sense and Sensibility’s   Edwardian Apron pattern.

It measures 41 inches long, and is a ladies size 10. Being an apron, it can easily adjust between a ladies 6 to a ladies 12/14.

This is a close-up of the material–it looks like a different color because the picture was taken in different lighting, but it gives you an idea of the design

To enter this giveaway, you can do one or more of the following…

  1. Blog about this giveaway. Leave the link to your blog so I can come and see it : )

     2.   Tell three friends about this giveaway. Leave a comment saying you did.

     3.   Blog one of your favorite breakfast recipes (or e-mail it to me). Again, leave a link so I can come and see!

     4.    Post a picture on your blog of your favorite apron, or in a comment leave a link to a place that has your favorite apron style (and specify which one is your favorite). If you don’t have a favorite, you can find an online “apron store” to find one you like (etsy.com , apronwarehouse.com ,  roses-and-teacups, and paisley pincushion are a few places that have aprons). Be sure to leave your link, because of course I want to see these too!!!

This giveaway is closed after Saturday, September 26.  That way we can announce the winner on Sunday, and be ready for the next giveaway on Monday, September 28.

Have fun!!!

Breakfast, eh? Well, I personally love making a ring from unbaked crescent rolls, spooning a mixture of scrambled eggs, cooked hamburger or sausage, and cheese (lots and LOTS of cheese!!). Then I flip the ends of the cresent rolls over the mixture to make a tire-shaped ring. I put it in the oven until the rolls are golden-brown, then pull out, slice, and serve!!! (I know this might be hard to visualize… but I might blog about it w/ pictures sometime!!!) It's very good!

    See you!

Hmm… I don't like writing e-mails, so the recipe won't work… and I don't have a blog… and I don't have any friends to tell (just kidding!:D)… but I do know what my favorite apron style is 🙂 It's whatever Susannah's green apron is! The one DB and I are always threatening to run off with:) I hope that counts! 😀

Hello! What a wonderful apron! I love it! Do I need to post a new post for each entry or should I put multiple entries in one post? I'm not sure how you like it or what is easiest for you. I'll start with one and see what you say… I plan on blogging it and also telling some friends later today so I will come back after I've done that. For now… on the Roses & Teacups site my favorite aprons are the battenberg aprons, and of those my favorite is the Rose Battenberg Apron. Not very practical but oh my is it beautiful! 😉 I think if I had one I would be scared to wear it though and it would wind up decorating my closet door instead of being useful. I have been putting together a couple of aprons from old fabric scraps after my husband asked why all my aprons were child sized. Well because I've had them since I was a child! 😉 Anyway I shall return later after I have blogged this and enter again. Thank you ladies!

    ~*~Mirage~*~

It doesn't matter how you do it, whatever is easiest for you is fine! I agree with you about the battenberg aprons–battenberg is one of my favorite kinds of lace : )

Well, you girls already know about 2 of my favorite aprons… KDK.'s bright pink and green(?) one(the kind that twist and are almost impossible to get off : D ); and your Edwardians ones. : ) I think K has a bright pink one of those, too… guess what my favorite color is? : ) I like your long ones the best. : )

At any rate, God bless you all! : )

    Hi,

What a fun giveway! First of all, my favorite apron at the moment is the one that my mom's first cousin found while digging through her closet that belonged to the grandmother I never had the chance to meet. My cousin has wrapped it to give to my mom for her birthday. This apron belonging to my mom's mom will be such a wonderful surprise for her 61st birthday. Her mom has been gone about 40 years. I wish I could show you a picture but it is wrapped. Maybe after she opens it next week!

The apron that I am excited to try to make is out of a vintage pillow case. It's purpose is more for crafting than cooking but it is still very cute! http://blog.betzwhite.com/2009/05/10-minute-pillowcase-apron.html
