Today…May 25th 2009

Outside my window…Cooler than the last few days, but still quite nice!

I am thinking…About all the letters I need to catch up on!

I am thankful for…Siblings

I am wearing…My chicken jumper

I am reading…Psalms, Proverbs, Joel, and Ezekiel.

I am creating…My 4-H dress, other sewing, etc. The tatted bookmark is done! See pictures below.

One of my favorite thingsPlanting gardens!

For education this week…Science, history, copywork, 4-H, Spanish, spelling, grammar, etc. 🙂 New math book is coming soon!

A keeper at home skill I am using…Organizing, cleaning, cooking, sewing, needlecraft.

A spiritual lesson I am learning…Prayer

A godly character trait I am working on…Patience

Scripture I am memorizing…Psalms 138:8

For the rest of the week…Garage sale Thursday-Saturday; graduation to go to on Saturday; cleaning and 4-H llama meeting Thursday; finish planting the garden…I hope 🙂 and everything else in-between!

    I love that bookmark!

    What exactly is tatting??

Is it in any way similar to crocheting?

Do you mind me asking what a llama meeting is?

I hope you enjoy your week.

Do your blog readers know that you *enjoy* reading a grammar handbook?! ; )

You're *too* funny, Daughter-Dear! (And yes, it is beautiful! I think you should give it to someone very special for her birthday! Hint! Hint!)

    Hi Susannah!

Yes, I was the one who left a comment asking how you were!

Braces…wow! I've never had to get braces, thankfully. I have straight teeth, like my dad! 🙂

That's neat that you might be getting and ipod/mp3player! I love my ipod! 🙂

I haven't really been up to anything…finishing up my last week of school! Exciting! 🙂 I still have to do consumers math through the summer though…

Hope you have a good day!

Beautiful bookmark! I don't tat, but crochet. My great grandmother used to tat tablecloths and curtains and my other great grandmother used to irish crochet tablecloths and curtains and bedspreads! I also love the photos of your farm, ours is coming along well, but I sure wish it was as big as yours!

    God Bless you!

    Grace
