I you read this post, then you were probably waiting for the continued part…which is here 🙂
Last January (09) Daddy started to remodel our old room! It was the last room in the house to be remodeled since we moved here 22 years ago! 🙂 It used to be freezing in the winter, hot in the summer, our closet (which was a walk-through closet at first to the younger girls room) was even colder and it molded, had ice and ruined some of our stuff. We had to take everything out of it a couple of times And the closet is where I keep a lot of my stuff! After Daddy tore out the inside walls, we found out why it was so cold, or so hot…..
…..holes like that all around! The sunset is pretty though…isn’t it?
Here are a few before pictures…
This is the walk-through closet (with nothing in it of course 🙂 from our room.
You can see water stains on the wallpaper all over the chimney!

Now a few pictures after it was torn out…
It had a lot of blown in insulation, so that was a mess to clean up!
And now, we are painting it. We didn’t get very many pictures in-between.
We had some fun and decorated the floor 🙂
Our hands got covered with paint while sponging it!

And then we painted the border–doing One Stroke Painting.
