Crooked Stream Photography

Visiting Kami’s blog is a real treat!  We love seeing all of the beautiful pictures she takes 😀   She was so kind to let us post one of her pictures here..isn’t it hilarious?!   Just the perfect kind of wedding picture!  Be sure to visit her photography blog!  Go HERE to see the post that this picture is from 🙂

I just recently came across Mr. Miano’s blog. When I found it I stayed for quite awhile. 🙂 I love his “code word” for going out and witnessing, “going fishing,” and also  his “fishing buddies”. 🙂  I was encouraged and inspired! I  hope you are too! 🙂 He  came up with a 1 minute sermon to peach to motorists as they are stopped at a  stoplight!  Here is another story, when satan meant it for evil and God used it for His glory!  I also think it’s neat, because his daughters “go fishing” with him. 🙂  Here is a link to another story when he was open air preaching.

(Noah talking to Susannah): “You know what? If there was no stars, then you couldn’t sleep under the stars. If you slept under the stars when there was no stars then you would be sleeping under the sky!”

Charissa was reading a little paper Leah had gotten from JoAnns advertising a crafting class for Grandparent’s day. It showed a couple “example projects”–they looked something like this:

So she read, “I love grandma, grandpa ricketts.” Then she asked Leah if that was what it said. She told her it said “rocks” and not “ricketts”, so she read, “Oh! I love grandma, grandpa rocks grandma! or grandma rocks grandpa. I love grandma, grandma rocks grandpa.” (She continued to say this several times). Then, “So, grandpa must like rocks or something.” “I love grandma, grandma rocks grandpa. Come to our grandparent’s day!” When she showed it to Bekah, Bekah said, “Uh! He rocks? His rocking chair?”

We ‘know’ Crooked streams- if you go back in the history one page on her site, the outdoor wedding (with the red bridesmaids dresses and horse) 😉 – we know the bride really well, and we were at that wedding! I was so excited to see Cami’s site featured on your blog! 😀

Oh, that is so neat that you ‘know’ them 😀 It is too bad you weren’t one of the bridesmaids…then we could see what you looked like, too! LOL!
