Quote of the Week
“If you knew the Prince as I do, you would know as I do in my heart that the outcome of our battle is sure. I cannot deny the skipped beat of my heart, but it is not for fear…it is for anticipation. Where will this journey with the Prince end? What grand adventure lies beyond this battle? I do not know, but one thing I do know: I will stay by His side…there is a mighty and evil force before us, but I am not afraid. I am on the side of the Prince.”

We’ve featured Bethany’s blog before, but we especially wanted to feature this recent post of hers, “On the Lighter Side”.
While making supper one night, Leah was told that Noah and Isaiah were saying naughty things to each other. When I asked Noah what he had been saying, he said, “Nothing! I didn’t say any questions that were bad!”
We recently had the misfortune of a cat getting into the little chicks pen and killing all forty of them. Three survived, only for her to come back and get them, too! Kate’s little brother Isaiah was asking our Isaiah what happened to all our chicks. Isaiah replied, “Umm…they all died, but three didn’t, but then their heads fell off!”
P.S. If anyone would like a chicken killing calico cat, we would be happy to send her to you free of charge, free shipping included! JK!
One day Charissa was talking to Leah in the van, and said, “…and we saw parachutes! But (in a disappointed/disgusted tone) they were AIRPLANE parachutes!” meaning paraplanes.
